Movement, Mindfulness, & Meditative (well-being) Mastery

This is a program for all levels of ability and agility because you will be your own best teacher while I serve as your Guide to all things Great. This program is designed to cover many aspects of well-being in service to you and your best life. As we work together the intention is to find energy, strength, calm, and focus, combining practices found in yoga and meditation exercises. One of Judith's recent participants says that this has given her access to a greater flexibility and the ability to “walk tall” - figuratively and literally. How does it get any better than that?! We will find all the right moves for you as opposed to the reverse… I look forward to sharing this journey together with you. The class size will be kept small so that we are able to ‘tailor’ the experience to meet you/your needs. We will meet on Tuesdays, from 10:30 am to 12 noon. Investment is $445 plus HST.
