9:30 – 10:00. Qi Gong - Energy as Food
10:00 Opening Address – Judith will lead an introduction and shared discourse on beliefs, dis-eases, hopes, wishes, and dreams.
10:30 Mapping the ways we do life or, perhaps of how life is doing us.
11:00 Table talk: round-table discussions regarding life, beliefs, purpose, and how these affect our MOOD. The power of COMMUNITY, and how ENVIRONMENT shapes our beliefs. Knowing your values, owning your worth. Energy stick exercise.
11:30 – 12:15 First and Second Chakra – Energy that grounds and creates for sensuality, sexuality and pleasure that heals.
12:15 – 12:45 MONEY talks! The Fun and the Folly of a Frolic with Finances.
12:45 – 1:45 Lunch in quiet reflection.
1:45 – 2:15 Journaling.
2:15 – 3:00 Find your Balls with Val.
3:00– 3:15 Break with Refreshments.
3:00 – 3:30 The nuances of STRESS – what and why…Judith will lead an interactive dialogue looking at what is ‘NORMAL’, the feeling and VALUE of OVERWHELM; Discovering our VALUES; finding STABILITY.
