'Exploring the textured dimension of physicality' takes us on a journey beyond mere movement, diving into the intricate sensations & signals that course through our bodies. From the proprioceptors helping us navigate space with grace, to the soothing embrace of our parasympathetic system, and the subtle cues of our interoceptors, this week is about deepening our connection to the myriad sensations within. Through focused routines, we'll cultivate a heightened awareness of these systems, unraveling the layered dance of our physical being."
